Do you provide delivery services for all products?

Yes, we provide delivery services for all products national wide from our Sydney warehouse. We dispatch order with AUSTRALIA POST within two business days except custom design/made products.

What if the product I ordered is defective, incorrect or damaged?

Return for Refund - 30 Day Money Back Guarantee - Non-Defective Items

If you return the product to us because you have incorrectly purchased or simply did not need the product you can send it back to Artisan tools supplies pty ltd for a refund, less shipping. Normal processing times for these are 2 business days from receipt during normal periods.​

What is your return policy?

Item must be returned within
30 days after the buyer receives it

You must return items in their original packaging and in the same condition as when you received them. If you don't follow our item condition policy for returns, you may not receive a full refund.
Refunds by law: In Australia, consumers have a legal right to obtain a refund from a business if the goods purchased are faulty, not fit for purpose or don't match the seller's description. More information at returns.

Condition of returns policy overview
Buyers may be liable for loss in value of the item if it's returned in a different condition from how it was received, or if the item is not packaged securely to prevent damage in return shipment. In the event that an item is not returned to the seller in the same condition, the seller might deduct the amount of loss and give the buyer a partial refund.
